Wine Tasting Tours: Learn all about your favorite wine regions! Have your own private wine tasting hosted by John Charles. John is a wine consultant/educator who has 30+ years of wine experience including tours of the major wine regions of the United States and Europe. His current wine related pursuits include conducting wine seminars, advising private collectors and serving as wine buyer/consultant to the Leschi Market. In this role, John tastes upwards of 100 wines per week, attends trade seminars and tastings, and interacts daily with wine producers and distributors to stay abreast of the constantly changing world of wine.
Eco Tours: Learn first hand about the fragile Lake Washington and Puget Sound Shorelines. We bring you up close and personal with estuaries, native specie habitats, reclaimed tidelands and wildlife sanctuaries. We will show you where battles have been won and lost. - Learn what's changing and what's at stake for our future generations. If you feel a connection with the Puget Sound environment, then this is a great way to see what it's all about.
Cooking Classes at Sea: Have you ever wanted to know how to really cook Salmon, Ling Cod or Halibut? Join us for a for our exclusive seafood cooking class out on the water. Enjoy world class wines and saver delicious treats as you learn the secrets to creating simple, healthy and elegant Northwest seafood dishes.
Introduction to Sea Life Photography: Love photography, but just don't know which end of the camera to point forward? Join us for an adventurous photo capturing excursion out on Puget Sound's most captivating waterways and shorelines. We will give you complete instruction on how to aim, format, and shoot beautiful images that will make your friends and neighbors jealous. We will share professional secrets to making great photography and even show you how to store all those digital shots you will be making.
Luxury Fishing Excursions: We will meet you at the dock bright and early. But instead of crowding into a cold open boat, you will be greeted with hot chocolate and warm muffins fresh out of the oven. You will be able to relax in a cozy, warm and luxurious surroundings as we motor out in style to the fishing grounds. Catch up on the news with our live internet connection, read a book from our sea library, or just gaze at the amazing early morning scenery. We drop the lines in at 7:00 am. Sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres and a glass of famous Northwest wines at 11:00.
