How many people can I bring?
US Coast Guard regulations limit the number of passengers per vessel (PASSENGER COUNT INCLUDES BABIES, INFANTS AND CHILDREN). Our private charter vessels are limited to six total passengers. The captain and crew will not leave the dock if there are more than six passengers onboard. There are no exceptions to this rule.
What is the difference between a "Cruise" and a "Tour"?
In our catalog, we generally define our Cruises as having the option to land at a specific destination while our Tours are planned with no shore stops.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes. Our classic yachts are equipped with small galleys and tables adequate for serving picnic foods.
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes, as long as all who are drinking are over 21 years of age.
Can I go swimming?
Swimming may be allowed at the discretion of the captain while the boat is at anchor with the engine shut off.
Is it ok to go topless?
Yes. Please use discretion when we are near public parks and marinas.
Are pets allowed?
We do not generally allow pets unless they are on the menu.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking may be allowed on the outer decks only. There is no smoking allowed inside our vessels.
Can I decorate the boat?
Our vessels may be decorated for your events provided that the decorations do not impair the safe operation of the vessel..
Is there a bathroom on the boat?
Yes, our vessels are equipped with a marine head (toilet) which is a fussy pice of engineering unlike it's big brother on shore. It is very important to note that you cannot put even the slightest foreign object into it without having a problem.
Can I rent a boat without a captain?
No. Our boats are only insured for licensed operators.
Can you pick us up and drop us off at a different location?
Yes. As long as the water is deep enough and the dock is secure and protected from ope waters, we can usually accommodate special arrangements.
